Mad Monks Coffee Shop

Charles Town’s Living Room

A group of monks mad enough to love sustainable beans, artisanal cappucinos, fresh-baked bread, and excellent menus.

Dream Up  & Dream Machine

The Canons Regular of the New Jerusalem love coffee, bread, and small menus.

So when Charles Town’s coffee shop closed up, they leaped at the opportunity to open something more. A living room.

With their background in Christian monasticism, a life of prayer and community service, and love of handcrafted, old-world Espressos, Mad Monks took off to a flying start.

Their community has grown to be a loyal and intense following. The Monks needed a website that showcased the richness and care they lavished on their food and their clientele.

Apart from that, their logo had gone through various revisions, and the Mad Monks’ brand wasn’t consistent across print and online.

Today, the website is built around high quality photos, and content that speaks to their mission and passion for Charles Town. They can add events and update it as needed.

Most importantly, they have somewhere to send their tribe.

When considering Dominic and Dream Again Marketing, three words come to mind: compassionate, efficient, excellent.

Dominic came on board to help Mad Monks Coffee Shop with a new website during a very stressful time in the life of the business.

Consistently understanding, Dominic was patient with our timeline, capable of working with anything we gave, and always gracious. He was attentive. He asked the right questions.

He worked carefully to really know and appreciate the heart of our business, using his insight to develop what we ourselves couldn’t always put into words.

Dominic was always on top of the project. He took pains to follow-up with us consistently and in timely fashion. He anticipated our questions, provided information in a user-friendly format, and made himself easily available to handle any concerns or issues we might have (which were few and far between, due to the quality of his work).

Not only did he give us a new website, but as a bonus, he drafted a brand guide that enables us to streamline all future marketing efforts.

In the end, what Dominic created for us represented our vision more completely and effectively than we could ever have imagined. It brought together and embodied our aspirations and principles for the world to understand, simultaneously inspiring us with deepened self-awareness and the confidence needed to persevere in our vision.

Thanks to Dominic and Dream Again Marketing, we now have a website of which we can justifiably be proud that is authentic to our own business dream.

We couldn’t have asked for a better collaborator!
